Are you a skinny teen trying to bulk up in time for school? Do you want to impress your friends with the "gains" you have made (even though you were probably spending alot of time playing call of duty or dare I say it; Pokemon GO) with your physique. Well, what I'm going to give you is an insane workout routine that will give you results in 3 weeks. By insane I mean insanely easy to do.
Get this, there's no equipment required. Say whaaaaat???



Yep. No equipment. No Diet. Just working out and eating whatever the heck you want. (Your metabolism as an ectomorph skinny teen will flush out anything anyways)

Before I go over the workout plan, let me explain a process that will help you stay consistent with your workout routine. First, you've got to make a goal. Write down what you want to achieve, for example, lets say you want to gain 10 pounds of muscle. After this, write a date you feel like you can realistically achieve this goal. Now....cut that date in half. 

This will make you have a sense of urgency in achieving your goal. This has worked wonders for me in the past, and while I design many workout plans for teens, this is the biggest contributing factor to their success. Goal oriented thinking is the first step towards success. I recommend you try my method for anything you want and tell me how it goes. I love hearing success stories.

Anyways, you came here for a teen workout plan. So here it is plain and simple.

Do this workout everyday for the next 3 weeks.
Pushups - 30- 50 (hold each 10th rep for 4 seconds half way down, trust me you'll feel the burn)
Situps - 30- 50
Planks - Hold for 1 minute for 3 sets.
Pike Pushups - 15-20
V Ups - 30-50
Bulgarian Split Squat (use your bedside as a bench) - 20 reps (hold the last rep for 10 seconds)
Diamond pushups - 30 (hold each 10th rep for 4 seconds half way down)
