Today I'm going to be talking about this concept of time...Here's the most common thing I hear all the time...hehe that was punny...Anyways...(ignore the stupid joke)

People always say I don't have time “____” fill in the blank, you could literally put anything in that empty space, and what I'm about tell you right now is that it is all a lousy... EXCUSE!

Before I give you the best way to approach this situation, I want you to think about something important. Everything in life is timebound. Seconds are ticking away as I type this blog post and I would say it's a valuable part of my day that I spend, but I do it anyway because I find it more important than doing something else.

There will always be time constraints, and people wonder why successful people, even though it appears that they are SUPPOSEDLY should be super busy appear not to be. Why is that?

Here's the million dollar secret....

They PRIORITIZE their time. For Example, let's say a buddy of yours asks why they didn't see you the previous night. Instead of saying “I Didn't have time,” get in the habit of saying “I didn't prioritize my time.” This is because we do have so much time on our hands, 24 hours actually. You can prioritize time to do virtually anything and it really comes down to what you do with the time you are given. Usually, when someone asks me for time, I simply tell them when I can MAKE time. You are incontrol of making time for yourself, you just need to be disciplined and a good habit is to actually track the amount of time you spend doing things.

Productivity stems from a lot of things including your sleep, nutrition, recreational activity (not saying to smoke weed kids, its a huge time waster by the way)

So here's the exercise I want you to try; track your time to the TEE of everything you do. When you wake up, time yourself how long it takes to get ready. When you eat breakfast time it, ect every little minute thing you do (even when you take a shit) you must track it down. Do this for a whole week and at the end of the week look to see your time log on how much time you spend on things. You may be surprised how much time is being wasted on things. Try not to change any habit you do the first week, you really need to see for yourself from another eye, so to speak of how much time you are able to manage.

Best,
Taylor Kelley
