The workout I did in the video was one of the key workouts I've done to build myself from 125 pounds to 145 in a single summer. That being said, if you are a skinny teen looking for a workout that's going to build muscle effectively and efficiently, and in LESS time, then I'm the expert for you!

So without further adeu, here's the workout done in the video.
Incline DB Press - 4-6 Reps (10% beneath max) 6-8 Reps (5% beneath previous weight) 8-12 reps (5% beneath previous weight)

Chest Press - 4-6 Reps (10% beneath max) 6-8 Reps (5% beneath previous weight) 8-12 reps (5% beneath previous weight)

Bicep Curls - 8-12 Reps For 5 Sets

Tricep Rope Extensions - 20 reps (activation set) followed by 8-12 Reps for 4 Sets

Cuban Press - 15 reps (activation set) followed by 6 reps for 6 sets.

Rope rows - 8-12 Reps for 4-6 Sets
