I don't know about you guys, but when I was watching the Olympics last night, I thought the rogue one trailer was sooooo good! Hopefully it lives up to the hype.

What I have for you today is some weight loss tips packaged with a Rogue One fat blaster workout routine.

If you are struggling to lose weight, here are the steps you should take before you decide to take drastic action such as diet pills (which are terrible for your digestive system btw) or bands or even liposuction.

1) Track your calories for a week
Don't try to cut anything out, just honestly access where you are. It's going to be tempting to want to eat less but for this exercise simply don't.
2) The following week, after discovering your intake, try to cut it down by 50 calories.
If you could do more then aweseome. However, you might be discouraged if you jump to low or get very very hungry so this is why I suggest 50 to start with.
3) Get a personal trainer / online personal trainer.
It's more to have an actual trainer keeping you motivated and keeping you on track. If you simply just buy a workout DVD, you're not guaranteed results necessarily as fast. What's more is that a trainer can design for you a program based exactly on your body type and needs. Can't afford a personal trainer? While my coaching is online, I offer you a program as low as $20 per month! That's a killer deal considering how expensive coaching is....but being online means I don't have to worry about transportation or giving away 75% of my earnings to a gym (which is true btw).

In addition to these things I suggest you try this workout:

Force Push - Bench Press - 8-12 Reps for 3-5 Sets
Force Pull - Seated Rows - 8-12 Reps for 3-5 Sets
Force Jump - Jump rope for 1 minute followed by 30 seconds rest for 4 sets
Wookie Pushup - Do a wide pushup - 10 reps for 4-5 sets
Shields Up - V ups - Do 10-15 reps for 4-5 Sets
Yoda Squats - Goblet Squats - 10-15 Reps for 4-5 Sets
