Hello everybody,

I've got yet another workout for you today, though it's a little different from the previous workouts I have put on this blog since it involves no equipment. No dumbells, no bench, not even pull up bars. Just a bit of room and you're all good to go!

As always, I want to give you guys a little story before I give you the workout.

You see, when I was a kid in high school I was often labled as "smalls", you know, the kid from sandlot who didn't know what the hell he was doing half the time. Not to mention very weak both in mind and body.

Even some of my Martial arts instructors called me that jokingly, what he didnt' reallize however is how much I hated being called that. So what did I do? I made an effort to prove everyone wrong.

Whatever your motivation is for getting shape, whether it's getting the girlfriend you've always wanted, perhaps making the football team, feeling more confident, or maybe you just want to feel comfortable with your shirt off. Whatever your motivation is, just know that you're NEVER alone.

Everyone starts somewhere, and even the most successful people in the world started at rock bottom.

When it comes to working out, you CAN build a great physique with just body weight exercises. Of course, you will need to find ways to progressively overload your body (just look up barrstarrs and you'll see what I mean) to make more gains.
