Hey guys, so I've got yet another workout for you today. (be sure to look at my other posts for more workouts) but as usual, I would like to talk to you about why I think fitness for teens is overlooked today in the fitness world.

Go to any body building / or fitness website and you'll see that there is a gap missing for programs that are structured specifically for teens. In fact, there's only about 2 books about it on amazon. I think the real reason for this is that people think that fitness for teens isn't of upmost importance, in which is really really should.

The time of highschool usually translates to who you become the rest of your life during your senior year.

Now I know that people mature and make different decisions when they grow up, but high school is the epidemy of when things start to change. This includes the habits to developing a strong physique and carrying it over to other areas of your life. For instance, if I had never started working out, I probably wouldn't be as confident; neither would I have had the balls to go up to random girls and ask for their numbers and ask them out for the next 4 years. (I will make a future post on my best secrets for getting the PERFECT girl you want in life). So that being said, I want to let you know that I have not forgot about fitness for teens.

In fact, I'm preparing something for you that's going to be .... ahem "YUGE!.




So without further ado, here's an abdomen workout I want you to try out:

Ab Workout:
V ups - 30-50 for 3 sets
Butterfly kick - 1 min go, 30 sec rest, 3 sets
Dip, L raise - 10-15 reps for 5 sets
Hang from a bar, knees in - 10-15 reps for 5 sets
Hang from a bar, knees side to side (to get the v cut) - 10-15 reps for 5 sets
