Hey everybody! I've got another exercise plan for teens today. But before I get into that I want to address something important.

I know that many teens during the summer spend alot of time being bored. While some of you may be going out and doing things, which is great and all, I do know for a fact that boredom is a factor that affects your health.

How so?

When teens get bored, they often resort to doing things not necessarily healthy. And I'm not talking about weed or alcohol. I'm talking about your mind. You see, when you get bored, your mind goes into depression and it usually leads to negative thinking. I know this because I've studied this for years and years teaching martial arts to teenagers as well as just talking to people and experiencing this myself.

Here's how to not get bored. Are you ready?

Start making goals. Make lots of them. I want you to write a list of 10 goals and have a plan of action to meet them all. You'll be amazed as to how unbored you will suddenly become. Alot of people like to wait around for success to happen but by goal setting you'll make affirmative action to getting toward success.

Now that my lecture is over, here's an exercise plan for teenagers.

Pull Ups - 8-12 reps 3 Sets
Lat Pull downs - 8-12 reps 3 Sets
Shoulder press - 6-8 Reps 4 Sets
Cuban Press - 15 Reps Activation Set Followed by 6 Reps for 6 Sets
Tricep Pushdowns - 8-12 Reps 3 Sets

Hope you enjoy this workout!

Best,
Taylor Kelley
