Hello everyone!

My name is Taylor Kelley and I'm an online personal trainer and fitness coach, which pretty much means I help people lose weight, get in shape, and promote healthy lifestyles through online personal training.

Today I'm going to be talking about increasing jumping power and the steps you can do make hurdling become easier. If you've seen the olympics you are probably aware that brianna rollins has been dominating with the U.S, and people stare in awe as someone could run so fast yet keep jumping over things while not getting hit by them.

How does one develop power to jump and run fast at the same time?

I'm going to give you a step by step process you can do to increase your running power and jump.

STEP 1: Go to a track and sprint (after a decent warmup of course) for 100 meters followed by a light jog 200 meeters. Do this 3 times.

STEP 2: After that, every 10 meters do a leap, doesn't have to be high, you're just getting the motion down.

STEP 3: Start with LOW hurdles and begin jumping every 10 meters once again.

STEP 4: Practice doing calf extensions and jump squats to increase hip mobility and jumping power.

Have an awesome day you guys, and if you haven't already, check out my 30dayteenbulkup.com if you're interested in getting bulked up in 30 days or less training 3x per week and no dieting...yes it does exist!

Best,
Taylor Kelley
